Camphill’s Sold Out Back to School Quiz

It’s just over 4 weeks until our first-ever large fundraising event the Back to School Quiz at Union Kirk on Thursday 27th February 2025. We can't wait to welcome the 30 teams back to the classroom as part of our sold-out event all made possible thanks to our incredible sponsors.

The school timetable for the evening begins by gathering for assembly, where everyone will enjoy an arrival drink before their delicious ‘School Dinner’ is served. They’ll then head to class and compete in our interactive quiz to be top of the class! Hopefully everyone has started revising as each round will have a fun take on the classic school subjects.

In between classes, there will also be an exciting auction hosted by Headmaster Alex Fleming, prize draw, fun games and a pick ‘n’ mix tuck shop before ending the night with a nostalgic school disco - hopefully no one gets detention.

We’re delighted to share every penny of every pound raised on the night will go directly towards our project to create Aberdeen’s first free-to-access fully inclusive sensory adventure and learning playground. Open all year round, this one-of-a-kind facility will support the 35,000 local children with additional support needs (ASN) in Aberdeen and shire. Ensuring their right to play.

We are still seeking auction donations for the evening and are calling on companies and individuals in our area to make this project a reality to support the local young people and their families that have no access to play facilities, due to their complex needs.
